Is it possible to use autobizCarcheck with your smartphone?

Of course, it is recommended! autobizCarcheck is an operational UC appraisal tool, and users have to take multiple photos, so it is much easier to use it with your smartphone, which is how the tool was designed. You can also use it with a tablet or computer if you prefer.

Is autobizCarcheck an app?

No, autobizCarcheck is not an app: it is even better. It works like an app, except you don’t have to update anything. At the beginning of the download process, we will give you a small instruction to install an icon on your home screen and open autobizCarcheck with one click, just like an app!

Can I use the application in "offline" mode?

Yes, you don’t need a connection to make the appraisal, however you do need a connection to start and finish the appraisal.

Can I set up my own reconditioning cost grid for the cost calculation?

Yes, you can. We provide you with a standard cost grid, set up for our network, but if you prefer to set up your own grid, that is equally possible.

It is not the same person who carries out the appraisals and who does the pricing for me, can we still use autobizCarcheck?

All of the trade-in tasks can be carried out from the same tool, by different teams: identification, appraisal and pricing. You define who does what within the dealership. We set up the rights during the implementation phase. autobizCarcheck is therefore a real information sharing tool. The person with supervisory rights (the UC Manager, the dealership Manager) can access all the appraisals carried out within their POS(s) to pricelist them.

Once I have made my price, can I go back?

Yes, you can change the price that has been made at any time.

Can I make my coverage requests via autobizCarcheck directly?

Yes, you can make your coverage requests to your dealer network directly from the tool. You also receive them from autobizCarcheck, as all the returns arrive in the same place.

Can autobizCarcheck be integrated with my dealership's tools?

autobizCarcheck interfaces with many UC management systems: Bee2Link, Kepler… You can therefore use Carcheck in addition to your current systems.
